The Exchange Legal is a custom built CMS website which enables candidates to submit their own CVs and then for a law firm to come along and view it. The site grants access to people who ask for it and there is two way communication.
There is also a great inbuilt search system which not only lets candidates search by profession, price, or place in the world but it also gives admin the able to see what searches have been made.
