Winscombe triumphs again!

lisa Lisa, 3rd October 2015

Winscombe - home of 18a's HQ - has hit the headlines again for being a great place to be!

We moved out of the centre of Bristol, Gloucester Road, in 2011 - we wanted to be on the outskirts of Bristol so we could still drive in easily for meetings, whilst enjoying the fresh air and views of country life on a day to day basis. Not to mention the fact that the lower rent costs outside of Bristol would mean we could keep our overheads and rates low.

And so we picked Winscombe! 4 years on, we have a suite of offices in a bustling highstreet which is repeatedly getting the recognition it deserves as a vibrant and friendly community.

We're not alone in thinking Winscombe is a lovely spot - an annual report into great places in the UK repeatedly agrees, again placing Winscombe as the 2nd best place in the UK to raise a family. On top of great schools and facilities, we're also in view of the beautiful Mendips, close to the seaside in Weston-super-Mare and minutes away from both Bristol International Airport and the M5, meaning we can be in Taunton as quickly as we can be in Bristol.

So if you're in the North Somerset area and in need of a web development company, or if you're further afield and just fancy an excuse for a drive out to the country and an ice cream on the way home, then please do get in touch!
