CCT needed a bespoke system built to allow people to register online for events. Attendees would then then receive a confirmation email which detailed their registration information and provided a link to a downloadable itinerary. A basic CRM allowed CCT to access attendee details for future purposes.

On another occasion CCT rang us on a Thursday afternoon asking us to build a detailed HTML email by Friday lunchtime! It wasn't a problem though, and they ended up asking us to send it for them too.
