We decided to give our inhouse project Love Gloucester Road a fresh look for 2010. The site features a directory where any business on Gloucester Road, Bristol - the longest road of independent traders in the UK - can add a listing and manage it themselves. They can also add their news and events to the site.
We've used Google Maps a lot, so for this one we thought we'd give Bing Maps a try, just for a change! And were pleased with the results.
Our favourite feature of the site is that the background changes according to whether you're visting the site in the day or at night!
We launched the new look in November with an HTML email to businesses that had previously been listed on the site. But of course, as it's an inhouse project, we're constantly working on different features and adding design aspects.
