The Exchange Legal is an extensive custom built CMS website which enables candidates to submit their own CVs and then for a law firm to come along and view them. A permissions system allows Law Firms to view a summary of a candidate's profile, and request access to the full details - access which can be granted by the candidate.
There is also a great inbuilt search system which not only lets candidates search by profession, price, or place in the world but it also gives admin the able to see what searches have been made. A jobs system allows Law Firms - depending on their membership tier - to place jobs for fulfillment.
