Have you ever seen a photo move?

Well if you haven’t, have a look here! Cinemagraphs, which is what they are being called, are a cross between a moving video and a still image. And so far the examples we have seen look great! They are made with the old gif. format, so arguably they have been around for a while, but these examples have a feel about them which hasn’t been captured before. These new sets of images created by Jamie Beck have real feeling and emotion in them, which make them feel almost eerie, while at the same time have a real sense of beauty about them.
