New year, new rules...

Happy New Year! Welcome to 2018... the year GDPR comes into force.

If you haven't heard about GDPR, then I'm afraid you need to get up to speed quickly, because it comes into force in May this year. But have no fear, we can help bring your website inline with the new laws.

The GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulation and it's relevant to you if any of your customers (or, website visitors) are from the EU. Which currently still includes anyone from the UK.

We're not lawyers, and you should seek legal advice about GDPR, but we've read the 80+ page legislation, written about it and spoken about it at events. So we can certainly give you a heads up on what you need to be considering for your website and online practices from May onwards.

If you'd like some help getting your head around what you need to do, please get in touch.
