I hope you had a lovely weekend? Mine involved too much butter and sugar – I made my Grandma a birthday cake, and I love decorating cakes as it’s one of my only creative outlets now a days… but I am a sucker for eating the buttercream whilst I’m doing it…
This week’s easy win:
Now this one really is easy – I say that every week, but this one really is.
And it feels so quick, like you’ve barely done anything, but if you don’t do it, you could be drastically underselling yourself.
Check your About page. Most websites have one.
The page where you talk about your company, your history, and your core team.
Just give it a read, and sense check that it’s up to date.
The most common things you might want to update are:
- The amount of years you’ve been trading
- How many customers you’ve helped (AI is all about experience and case studies)
- What awards you’ve won (AI loves this)
- Any new achievements of qualifications your team have gained (again, AI and SEO love experts)
- Any new services you’ve added (and link to those service pages… sorry that does become a bigger job if you need to add those pages).
And don’t forget to remove any services you’ve stopped offering!
ICYMI (In case you missed it):
We’ve been busy blogging this week so hit the links below if any of these sound useful:
How to know how many visitors have come from a specific source
Implementing Meta Ads Conversion API (nerd alert – this one is for the techies. But your take away can be, we know how to do it if you need a hand. I’ve got a non-techy version coming soon).
If AI can read images now, how does that change SEO?
OK I think that’s all for now!
As always, any questions, ask away on Insta.
