Happy Thursday, I hope you’re having a good week?

I saw Five (“bad boys with the power to rock you”) on Sunday night in Birmingham, so that’s left me energized, if not a little tired.

Ooh, and I helped with Weston-Super-Mare carnival on Friday night… if you don’t know what carnival is like in SW England, watch this 1min reel I posted… I feel the need to spread the word as it’s big, bold and beautiful!

I sent it to a client just outside New York and got back:

Holy Lord carnival is quite extraordinary! NYC parades are NOTHING like that!”

How to get found by AI and your 2026 web strategy live masterclass

Anywho – as promised, I have put the recording of my live Masterclass online so anyone who didn’t catch it can watch it at their leisure. I’ve also linked to all the guides / resources I mentioned in the video, and given a direct download to my PDF of how to get found in AI if you’d rather browse than sit and watch. You can find it all here. No further opt in required as you’re already on the list.

I’m afraid I haven’t been very prolific on the ‘gram this week, getting everything ready at the link above, but I did share some info about hosting your own video yesterday.

Fave tool of the week:

This week I was reminded of why I created availabilitycal.com (this isn’t a sales pitch, because it’s completely free).

A client and I decided we needed a call, so I opened my availabilitycal to see my calendar (which is sync’d with my Google Calendar), toggled on the client’s calendar so their availability sat over mine, and could instantly see a time (2pm today in fact) that we’re both free.

BOOM! No back and forth with “how’s Thursday for you? Could you do x, y or z?” – I sent him an invite and it was job done.

I love it! It’s so quick and easy. If I’m arranging something with a client who doesn’t use it, it’s still an easy way to share my availability (it doesn’t show “dentist at 2:30”, it just shows blocked out time when there’s something on my Google Calendar), with an optional expiry date – so they don’t have access to my calendar forever, just for as long as I want them to. There are other features too, so do check it out if you use Google Calendar.

OK I think that’s quite enough waffle from me for one week – have a lovely weekend, and speak soon.
