Hi,

Hope you’re having a good week? I’m currently binging Season 5 of Stranger Things (I know, late to the party) and am obsessed. I’ve never been a fan of horror but Stranger Things is a lot more than that – anyone else a fan?

Meanwhile, welcome to part 3 of this 3 step thing to do on your website.

Has anyone guessed it?

Give yourself a pat on the back if you knew I was going to tell you to put reviews or testimonials on your website. 🙌

You’ve got a Google business profile, you’ve hopefully gathered some Google reviews (or TripAdvisor, or just via email or social message – it’s all good for this part).

So now you need to get those on your website. Ideally on your home page.

Even if they were added to Google, you can copy and paste them onto your website too.

Not only is it great for AIs, it’s good for Google… AND YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!

Who can resist a bit of social proof?!

I’ve also published a blog post this morning (it’s been a busy day already!) of other top tips when you’re posting reviews on your website. You can read it here.

Interesting things I read last week that I wanted to share:

The Death of Spotify: Why Streaming is Minutes Away From Being Obsolete

The Genius of Sam Altman: Heads He Wins, Tails You Lose

Everything is Stupid and Sounds Cliché (And It’s Not AI’s Fault)

The Platform Illusion: Why Managed Hosting Isn’t the Same as a Managed Site

And this crazy fact about Polar Bears (off topic but every day’s a school day!)

Speak next week,

PS. If you like these emails, please do “tip” me with a 5* Google review, I’d really appreciate it!

Email me after you’ve done it and I’ll sort you a SiteVitals upgrade. Thank you!
