The world is going crazy about AI (artificial intelligence) at the moment. Bill Gates recently described the rise of AI as the most important advance in decades. The potential is both frightening and exciting in equal measures. But one thing seems certain, AI is here and it's going to change everything, so we need to understand how best to understand and utilise this powerful technology to make our lives better.

The biggest AI right now is OpenAI's ChatGPT (although Google's Bard also launched today, so that may change), and we've been playing around with their API to get a better understanding of what's possible.
