Sexy forms with jQuery

tom Tom, 24th September 2010

I just found something pretty cool. I've always found form elements really boring, unless of course you view them on a Mac - then they look beautiful. But for most of us we're stuck in the 1980's with some pretty dull elements...

Well not anymore! Checkout uniform a neat little jQuery plugin which is very easy to setup and produces some great looking form elements.

I tried adding it to this site, but it turned out to be a little fiddly due to the black background colour on the quote form... You can of course selectively turn the styles on for specific elements using the normal jQuery selectors, but apart from the quote form, we don't have a lot of form elements on this site! Doh! I'll definately consider it for our next project though.
