A nice little introduction to the Internet of Things or the semantic web as it's often refered as.

People have been talking about the interconnections which are possible between systems for years and there's no denying that things are becoming more connected and smarter. At the moment the Internet of Things is pretty much restricted to man-made objects and systems - with humans being the only biological link in the chain. It'll be really interesting (and scary) when we manage to link up data from other living things into the web...
