WinYourWedding.co.uk launches.

Last week I got a call from an event organiser who in conjunction with a newspaper publishing house wanted to buy a domain I registered a couple of months ago. I didn't want to sell it, but I said I'd develop the site immediately so they could feature on it when their competition goes live. So - phew - a few days later, Win Your Wedding has gone live! The ideal coffee break visit forĀ all those engaged people out there - or people who would be engaged if they could afford a wedding! The site categorises wedding competitions, as well as featuring competitions that let you win your entire wedding, all of which are available in a RSS feed powered by rssa.at (and in turn powers a Twitter account and Facebook fan page). Anyone can add a competition to the site, but the "Link Checker" requests a link back from your site (and knows if you haven't placed one) before the competition or giveaway goes live on the site. A news aggregator also helps with SEO and keeps fresh stories on the home page.
